1.2. The domain names, owned by Launch4, launch4.io shall not be used in connection with other contents, products or services which do not belong to Launch4 in any way, so it cannot lead to confusion among final users or to Launch4 disrepute.

2. Aim and scope

2.1. This document contains the general conditions that regulate access, navigation and use of the website(s) under the domain launch4.io (hereinafter, launch4.io or “website”), as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents. Texts, graphics, infographics, images, software, music, sounds, videos or any other creative expression protected by Spanish laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property are understood as “content”.

Before using services and/or acquiring Launch4 S.L. products, the USER must carefully read the corresponding general/specific terms and conditions of contracting, created to that effect by Launch4 S.L. The use and/or acquisition of software products through launch4.io implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Intellectual and industrial property rights

3.1. Launch4 S.L. owns all copyrights, intellectual property, industrial, “know how” and any other rights related to the content from the website launch4.io and the services offered on it, as well as the programmes necessary for its implementation and related information. It is forbidden any reproduction, publication and/or use for the contents strictly private, full or partial, at the website launch4.io without a prior written consent.

3.2. The user should respect other programmes made available by Launch4 S.L., while being free and/or publicly available. Launch4 S.L. has exploitation rights and intellectual property for software needed. The User does not acquire any right or licence by the contracted service, to the software necessary to provide the service, except for rights and licences necessary in the fulfillment of the contracted services and only for the duration thereof. In any action that exceeds the contract performance, the user will need written permission from Launch4 S.L., being forbidden to the user the access, modification, view of the configuration, structure and server’s files property of Launch4 S.L., assuming the civil and criminal liability arising from any incident that might occur with servers and security systems as a direct result of negligence or malice on his part.
